"I am in awe of this store since I went for shopping here. Usually a shopper at Shoppers stop and this place feels like a fresh breath. The service is very good. There is someone to attend to you always. The store itself is very decluttered with few selected pieces placed at a distance from each other. As someone who is not buying but wants to have a comfy seating this place feels heaven . You can just take a comfy sofa outside the change room and give your choice on the clothes."

"Excellent collection. Ambiance is good interior are different from a normal store. Even trial rooms are different and area is desiner. Los of sitting place which we miss in a shoping stote, specially when wife is shopping and husband is waiting. Collection range is good.. variety of brands... overall a wonderful place."

"Worst experience ever. Even 1 star is too much for this store. 100% do not recommend. Firstly, they don't have ANY variety. No size options available at all. For them you need to fit into the stereotypical body standards. Secondly, they fool you by keeping fresh stock within the discounted stocks and place fake signs saying all items under a brand are on sale. And when you finally choose something, you're told to pay the full price cos the thing is from the fresh stock. And finally but most importantly, the staff is sweet at first, but gets annoyed and rude when someone asks for exchange/refund. Even after multiple negotiations and exchanging we had to literally argue to get our balance amount of refund. And it's not even that we kept the purchased item for a long time. We were there the NEXT day due to size issues. Even then they didn't exchange/refund, made us go around in circles to get our hard earned money back. Also, I am from hospitality industry. When did saying No and being rude become a thing in the industry?"

"Very unprofessional behavior of store manager. Her name is Manju. We asked product price is 179? She confirmed by saying yes, we asked again to reconfirm and she said yes. After making payment, when I found the amount 1799 of that product, we talked to her that we confirmed price twice from you and you said yes. But she was rigid that sir I said yes for 1799. But we never asked the amount 1799. It might be some misunderstanding for which I can absolutely give her benifit of doubt. I did not leave billing counter and requested her to remove this product from my billing because this was wrongly heard by you and you confirmed price 179. But she denied straight saying we can not refund the billed product cost. You have to buy another product of same price. It is our policy and we can not refund. After lots of our effort, she accepted to credit that amount in my balance which I can use later in another shopping. If company is making such policy that make customer unhappy, I am not interested to visit this store again."
